I recently was visiting Walt Disney World and told my boss at MTT I would be checking out some of the resorts I had never visited before. Then I get this text that says… if you go the Boardwalk Resort, you should really try the Bakery. Just so happened that I was actually taking pictures of the Boardwalk pool at the time. My friend and I said, “Bakery it is then.”
I can’t thank her enough for this recommendation! I had a sliced pork loin sandwich on a sweet roll with an herb pesto sauce topped with fresh made coleslaw full of granny smith apples. It was so heavy I had to use both hands to lift it. Now, the house specialty, is something my friend agreed to try since I am allergic to shellfish. She said it was amazing! Fresh lobster salad, huge pieces with not too much dressing on a soft, made that day roll, chips, a bottled drink and a huge cupcake all for $19.00 or 1 counter service credit. Yep, you read it right, lobster for under $20.
If you get the chance to swing by, there are tables out by the water to enjoy a beautiful lunch.
